-We will meet with homeowner prior to shoot date to create and provide homeowner with a detailed checklist for preparing home for photos and showings. What furniture to rearrange or remove, insure proper lighting throughout home, decluttering personal items, as well as front and back yard readiness.

Realtor Personalized Videos
Realtor Introduction Videos starting at $300.00
-This is a 1-2 minute video that you can send to attract potential clients. We will work with you to build an outline and choose the location(s) for your project.
Realtor “What’s Next” Video $200.00
-This will be a video for you to let your new client know what to expect in the upcoming process of selling their home. You can explain to them what are the steps from paperwork, to preparing the home for photos and showings, how offers will be handled and everything in between.
